Sissified Society... Fasting a meal?

This is going to be short and sweet. Society is so soft now that pastors know that nobody will fast, so we now have "fasting a meal". Someone told me they were fasting breakfast. Are you serious? Some people don't even eat breakfast, and sometimes I forget. I think God is more responsive when we do things that are truly sacrificial, and missing a meal is not sacrificial in my opinion.

Hmm.. Maybe I should do an all steak and potatoes fast.....
