Facebook business page deleted or disappeared. Pages disappearing this week at alarming rate!

If you have experienced this issue, please comment in the box below with details of your experience. This week several business facebook pages started disappearing without explanation. So far at least four local franchise locations of Workout Anytime just vanished without explanation. When you load the pages, the graphic below shows. I do know that in some cases, cover photos were used that violated the 20 percent text rule, however I don't know for sure that was the reason for deletion. Fortunately, I was not the one that added those photos. Does facebook delete pages for violating the 20 percent rule on cover photos? There isn't a lot of information out there, so I thought writing a blog may help get feedback.
